A-AP Model
ROTATING BASKETS
The A-AP models are intended to provide a compact solution for components in tumbling motion (small batches or low production rate). The revolving basket with an octagonal form is integrated into the chamber. The basket is housed within a frame that allows for easy removal outside the cabin. To achieve the necessary cycle time, a series of nozzles can be combined. Pressure and Venturi methods can both be used. A twin pressure vessel can be fitted for longer cycle periods. The electrical cabin has two timers (one for blasting and one for blowing off), and a frequency converter controls the spinning speed of the basket.
