TUMBLE BELT
Batch barrel blasting devices enable for the mass processing of medium-small objects. A hydraulically driven skip loader allows the parts to be charged automatically. The belt has a unique U shape that collects the pieces and allows for mixing while it rotates. For shotblasting machines with low load volumes, a closed loop rubber belt with mixing stripes (GBG type) is available; for shotblasting machines with high load volumes, the belt is formed of a series of steel bars (GBM model). The turbines are positioned on the cabin’s roof, and the blasting streams are directed directly at the pieces. After the blasting cycle is completed, the belt continues to revolve to clear the grit from the pieces. Different loading and unloading technologies are available based on the demands of the customer.
