For shops outside southern Ontario we normally begin with remote diagnosis, so the fault is identified and the right parts are confirmed before a technician travels. Emergency dispatch is available when a machine is down and production has stopped.

Service questions

Do you repair laser cutting machines outside Ontario?
Yes. Service is Canada-wide. Our technicians and mobile service vehicle dispatch from Mississauga, Ontario, and we support machines in every province and territory. For remote locations, we normally start with remote diagnosis to identify the fault and confirm the right parts before anyone travels, which avoids a wasted call-out.
Can you service a machine you did not sell us?
In many cases, yes. Our technicians have experience across a wide range of fabrication machinery beyond the brands we currently sell. Send the make, model and a description of the fault with a service request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How fast can someone get to my shop?
Response time to a service request is under one business day. How quickly a technician physically reaches you depends on distance and parts availability, which is why remote diagnosis comes first for locations outside southern Ontario. Emergency dispatch is available when a machine is down and production has stopped.
What should I include in a service request?
Machine make, model and serial number, any fault codes on the controller, and a short description of what changed. For cutting or bending quality problems, a photo of the part tells a technician more than a paragraph of description. The more of this you send, the more likely the fault is identified before anyone travels.
Do you stock parts, or are they ordered after the machine goes down?
OEM parts are stocked and shipped fast rather than special-ordered once your machine has already stopped. Consumables such as protective lenses and nozzles are the most commonly needed items and are held in Canadian inventory.
Which machine types do your technicians cover?
Fiber laser cutting machines including sheet and tube systems, CNC press brakes, shears, plate rolls and angle rolls. Technicians are factory-trained and HACO and Han’s Laser certified, and cover both mechanical work such as press brake calibration and laser-side diagnostics.
