Han's Laser · ALU Series
ALU3015-B · ALU4020-B · Lights-Out "Unmanned" Production · Modular 1→N Expansion
The ALU Series Laser Automation Solution is Han's Laser's flagship lights-out fiber laser production platform — engineered to maximize "unmanned" output and minimize operator headcount. A multi-level storage tower (10/15/20/30/40 spaces, customizable), independent loading and unloading robots, and electric double-layer exchangeable carts feed your fiber laser cutter continuously. The full system is orchestrated by an FMS smart control system with self-diagnosis and modular expansion interfaces for one-drag-two, one-drag-three, and beyond.

Metal-forming automation begins with task scheduling, material picking, laser processing, work-piece handling, stacking, and scrap management. The ALU Series integrates every step into one self-running cell — from raw sheet storage to finished-part handoff.
Single or double storage tower comes standard with 10/15/20/30/40 storage spaces — the number of spaces is customizable to your factory height. Equipped with intelligent detection: the weight and height of each sheet are automatically measured during storage. Over-limit alarms prevent loading errors before they reach the cutter.
Single-structure cup with independent vacuum, safety-oriented zoning control. Flexible enough to adapt to a variety of sheet sizes within the working range. The robot includes sheet separation and thickness detection functions — ensuring single-sheet loading per operation, every cycle, eliminating costly double-feed errors.
The unloading robot uses servo control, ensuring accurate positioning and fast, flexible movements through every cycle. Comb-like fork structure handles finished parts and skeletons safely from the cutting bed — engineered for the rapid, repeatable handoff that lights-out production demands.
High-and-low double-layer sorting platform saves floor space and supports dual-workstation production. Maximum raw-material platform load up to 3 tons. Carts move horizontally on rails, swapping in fresh material and swapping out finished parts without operator intervention.
Reserved extension interface lets you add cutting machines as your production capacity grows — one-drag-two, one-drag-three, and beyond (one-drag-N). Future-proof from day one: your first automation investment becomes the foundation for the next two cutters, without rebuilding the cell from scratch.
FMS Smart Control
Suitable for 1-to-N cutting production lines. The FMS can run independently or integrate with HansAPC-FMS 4.0 as part of the main control system. Supports pre-processing marking, dispatch order execution, and processing performance feedback — automatically assigning the machine, loading the processing program, and applying the right process technology. Dynamic task scheduling keeps loading, unloading, and the cutter coordinated for maximum throughput.
The full HansAPC-FMS 4.0 system exchanges data with external ERP, MES, WMS, and CAM systems — dispatching production tasks to automated production line clients and other workstation clients (sorting, uncoiling, punching, shearing). Each client handles equipment instruction control, task execution, and data collection within its scope, while continuously exchanging real-time data with the FMS 4.0 layer. Your laser cell becomes a data node in the broader smart factory.
The control system uses a PLC controller with all subsystems deployed on the ProfiNet bus protocol — a true distributed control system. Programs follow IEC international standards: modular, standardized, generalized, and easy to upgrade. Built-in efficient self-diagnosis and self-processing functions, plus extensive anomaly monitoring and alarm functions, make the cell easy to maintain and faster to recover when something needs attention.
Why ALU Series
Servo-controlled robotic loading and unloading, vacuum suction loading, comb-fork unloading — built for 24-hour continuous duty across millions of cycles.
HansAPC-FMS 4.0 dispatches tasks, schedules machines, monitors performance, and exchanges data with ERP, MES, WMS, and CAM systems.
Start with one laser cutter, scale to a multi-machine cell. Reserved interfaces support one-drag-two and one-drag-three configurations.
Layering sensors, thickness detection, weight verification, and over-limit alarms ensure only one sheet at a time enters the cutter.
Distributed PLC control on ProfiNet bus with IEC-standard programming, anomaly monitoring, and built-in self-diagnostic functions.
RiseTek Machinery handles Canadian sales, on-site installation, FMS commissioning, operator training, and aftermarket support.

Process Overview
Sheets stored in the multi-level tower. Weight and height auto-detected on every sheet — over-limit alarms prevent errors.
FMS dispatches the load command. Vacuum-cup robot picks a single sheet, layering and thickness sensors verify, robot transfers to cutter bed.
Cutter executes the nested program. FMS feeds the next sheet into queue while cutting completes — no idle time between sheets.
Servo comb-fork robot lifts finished parts and skeletons from the bed onto the double-layer exchange cart for sorting.
Loaded cart rolls out to staging; an empty cart rolls in. The cycle repeats — overnight, lights out, with no operator on the floor.
