How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 14–16 weeks from order confirmation for machines built to your specifications. We occasionally have in-stock machines available for immediate delivery — ask about current inventory when you request a quote.

Every fiber laser we sell carries a full one-year warranty, on top of up to one year of complimentary after-sale service covering upgrades, parts and scheduled maintenance. Warranty and service work is carried out by our own factory-trained technicians — not third-party contractors — who travel to your shop anywhere in Canada. Common wear and spare parts are held in Canadian inventory, so a repair does not wait on an overseas shipment. That is the practical difference between a new machine and a used one: for the first year the risk is ours, not yours.
