It’s ideal for fabricators currently using plasma cutters, CO₂ lasers, or manual cutting methods who want to upgrade to fiber laser precision and speed without the capital commitment of a higher-power platform. It’s also well-suited for secondary operations, prototype cutting, and smaller production runs.
The HF Mini S is the entry-level model — 3–12kW, single exchange table, 120 m/min, optimized for cost-effective thin-to-medium plate cutting. The HF S Smart is the mid-range intelligent platform — 6–40kW, double exchange table, 220 m/min, with Han’s SMC smart controller, Industry 4.0 connectivity, and a broader range of bed sizes up to 12 metres. If you need higher power, more automation capability, or large-format cutting, the HF S Smart is the next step up.
The HF Mini S cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. At 3kW it’s optimized for thin sheet up to approximately 6–8mm carbon steel. At 6kW, you can cut up to ~14mm carbon steel and ~5mm stainless. At 12kW, the capacity extends to ~20mm carbon steel. Yes — the HF Mini S includes a single exchange table. Unlike the HF Expert and HF S Smart which offer an optional dual/hydraulic exchange table for simultaneous load/unload, the Mini S uses a single table. The exchange table allows you to pull the table out for loading while the machine is stationary, then slide it back in for the next cut.
Yes — the HF Mini S can integrate with Han’s ALU Series automatic loading and unloading systems and AS Series storage towers.
