Both models share the same St-44 monoblock frame and Hawe hydraulic system. The difference is the CNC control system and its programming depth.

The back gauge system is one of the most critical factors in bending quality. Dener’s manufactured back gauge allows bending up to 6 axes for complex parts, with servo motors, ball screws, and linear guides on every axis delivering ±0.03 mm positioning accuracy.

High-precision vertical clamping, positioning, and alignment during tooling ensures maximum tolerances are controlled at every bend. Each tool segment uses individual clamping pins, allowing fast vertical and horizontal loading/unloading with professional features like ladder rails for maximum productivity.

Automatic Sheet Tracking System
The automatic sheet follower system tracks the sheet throughout the full bending stroke, eliminating the operator’s need to manually support large or heavy sheets. The system integrates with the CNC control to synchronize follower movement with beam travel, allowing a single operator to safely handle sheets that would otherwise require two people.

Manual or CNC-controlled motorized crowning system compensates for beam deflection at every bend point across the full bending length. The system automatically accounts for material variation, material thickness differences, and external forces — delivering flawless bend angles even on long bends where deflection would otherwise cause angular error.

Dener Front Support Arms
Front Support Arms
Heavy-duty front support arms with linear guides and ball bearing rollers allow the sheet to slide left and right with minimal friction. The arms are height-adjustable and lock in position, keeping the sheet perfectly supported and horizontal throughout the bending cycle without introducing drag or misalignment.

All XL Series machines are designed to Avrupa (European) CE standards and directives. Hydraulic, electrical, and laser safety systems maintain operator safety at the highest level. Tandem and tridem configurations are fully supported with CE safety barriers and laser light curtains providing complete protection across the combined bending length.

Dener Fixed Upper Table and Robotic Bending
Fixed Upper Table & Robot Integration
The fixed upper table design eliminates the disadvantages of point bending with a long, flat bending surface. Foot pedal interference elements are cleared from the bending area, giving 100% free bending space. Combined with the Puma XL’s ESA 875 3D control, the XL Series is also available as a complete robotic bending cell for fully automated production.
