Size around your parts
Share material grades, thicknesses, longest bend, minimum flanges and expected batch sizes. Review force requirements with the proposed tooling; nominal tonnage alone does not establish part capability.
Dener · Servo Electric
Compare Dener DDM and DDS servo electric press brakes for your Canadian fabrication shop. Review the bending length, required force, tooling and backgauge configuration against the parts you actually make.
Why Go Electric
Servo electric press brakes aren't just hydraulic machines without the oil — they represent a fundamentally different approach to bending that delivers real production advantages.
Start with representative part drawings and the required bend sequence. The right configuration depends on the material, working length, tooling and access needed for each bend.
Share material grades, thicknesses, longest bend, minimum flanges and expected batch sizes. Review force requirements with the proposed tooling; nominal tonnage alone does not establish part capability.
Review tool clearance, part handling, backgauge axes and controller workflow. Include a difficult part in the demonstration, not only a simple single bend.
Confirm tooling, software, installation, training and service scope. If comparing servo electric and hydraulic machines, use the same parts and production assumptions for both quotations.
Dener Series
Two servo electric series from Dener — engineered for different production profiles. Both are 100% hydraulic-oil-free with servo motor direct drive.

The DDM (Direct Drive Motor) series is Dener's primary servo electric platform. Servo motors drive the ram directly with no mechanical transmission losses — delivering precise, repeatable bending with fast cycle times. Available in multiple tonnage and bed length configurations up to 200T.

The DDS series offers a compact servo electric solution for shops transitioning from hydraulic to electric drive. The same zero-oil, servo-motor precision as the DDM series in a footprint-optimized configuration. Suited for medium-volume production where floor space and energy efficiency are priorities.
