WDE-M Series

One Machine. Multiple Processes.

The WDE-M is Sanderson's most advanced metal sanding platform. Unlike single-head machines, the WDE-M allows you to configure multiple head types in a single frame — so your parts come out fully processed in one conveyor pass instead of multiple setups.

Choose from abrasive belt rollers for heavy stock removal, disc brush heads for deburring and edge rounding, rotating brush heads for surface drawing, nylon brushes for fine finishing, and polishing rollers for mirror-bright results. All heads are individually configurable and independently driven.

Each WDE-M is built to your specification. Combine any of the five head types to suit your exact material, finish, and production requirements.

A-Type
Abrasive Belt Roller
Wide-belt abrasive roller for aggressive stock removal, weld seam grinding, and heavy deburring. Available in multiple grit grades. Primary workhorse head for stainless, aluminum, and titanium.
D-Type
Disc Brush Head
Rotary disc brush configuration for edge deburring, chamfering, and burr removal after laser cutting, punching, and stamping. Produces consistent edge quality across the full working width.
P-Type
Rotating Brush Head
Cylindrical rotating brush for hair-line drawing, brushed finish generation, and surface texture creation on stainless steel and aluminum. Ideal for decorative panel production.
NB-Type
Nylon Brush Head
Nylon abrasive brush roller for fine surface finishing, scratch removal, and pre-coating prep. Gentle action suitable for softer materials and cosmetic finishing stages.
PR-Type
Polishing Roller
Final-stage polishing roller for mirror finish applications on stainless steel. Used as the last head in combination sequences where a high-gloss result is required.
