Heavy Duty Metal Sander
The MTS Series is Sanderson’s industrial-grade metal sanding platform. Designed for demanding finishing on stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium, iron, and copper — it handles grinding, polishing, drawing, rust removal, deburring, and weld-mark elimination. Available in 600, 900, and 1,300 mm working widths with double, triple, or four-roller configurations.

High-performance frequency inverter allows speed adjustments to accommodate different metal types and surface requirements.
Full control panel with load meter monitoring for the main sanding motor. Four lifting poles provide stable conveyor height adjustment.
Limit switches detect belt misalignment. Auto shutdown engages if air supply fails, belt loosens, or belt breaks — protecting both operator and machine.
Quick-release locking mechanism enables rapid sanding belt changes without tools, minimising changeover time between grits or materials.
Optional water tank device with in-feed and out-feed tanks keeps panel surfaces clean during wet sanding processes.
Top sander configurations: A-A (Roller-Roller) and A-A-A (Roller-Roller-Roller). Bottom sander: A (single) or A-A (double roller).
