The F1 achieves a maximum acceleration of 2.0G with a rapid traverse speed of 150 m/min and chuck rotation speed of 150 r/min. Advanced leapfrog (frog jump) cutting, fly cutting, non-lift fly cutting, and cyclone cutting modes maximize throughput on small-diameter tubes for demanding production schedules.
The integrated automated loading system delivers a new tube to the cutting position in just 20 seconds. Automatic switching between pneumatic and optional servo overtravel configurations adapts to varying tube lengths and diameters without manual intervention, enabling true lights-out production for small-tube operations.
A servo-assisted dual support system prevents tube sagging and vibration throughout the cut zone. The synchronized auxiliary supports maintain consistent contact with the tube, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality on even the thinnest small-diameter profiles at maximum cutting speed.
Optimized clamping geometry and intelligent cut sequencing minimize the remnant tail length on each tube — directly reducing material waste per part. In high-volume small-tube production, even a few millimetres saved per cut translates to significant raw material cost reductions over time.
One-click switching between air, oxygen, and nitrogen cutting gases with edge detection and single-side compensation handles complex profiles and notched geometries. Whether it's bevel cuts, compound angles, or intricate slot patterns, the F1 executes with consistent accuracy at high speed.
