The PD Series is Han’s Laser’s precision fiber laser tube cutting platform — engineered for small and medium tube and pipe processing from Φ20mm to Φ180mm, up to 260kg, with material lengths to 12,200mm. Modular design with pneumatic 4-claw self-centering chucks, mechanical transmission for stable 24-hour continuous production, floating servo support, and customizable laser power from 1kW to 4kW.

Modular Design.
Flexible Combination.

Pneumatic 4-claw self-centering chucks, mechanical transmission with internal oil circuit, floating servo support, and adjustable console — every component built for precision and 24/7 reliability.

Fully Enclosed Dustproof Claw

Pneumatic clamping with four-claw roller and self-centering function. Plate-welded structure — annealed, rough machined, vibration aged, and precision finished for excellent rigidity and dynamic performance.

Mechanical Transmission Chuck

Fool-proof design with internal oil circuit circulation. Wired transmission safety testing device ensures reliable, low-risk operation and long-term stability.

Clamping System

High safety when gas is cut off. Mechanical transmission with high safety factor for stable 24-hour production. Digital monitoring provides real-time pipe size identification.

Rear Chuck

Exhaust structure with excellent sealing. Front and rear exhausters remove high-temperature gas, eliminating thermal deformation and cutting dust.

Floating Support

X-axis gear-and-rack transmission with linear guide rail. Servo auxiliary support floats to prevent pipe sagging and improve processing accuracy.

Adjustable Console

Real-time height adjustment with multi-angle rotation for convenient observation across multi-shift production.

Place pipes on the material rack — the system auto-feeds to clamping position. Photoelectric detection ensures accurate clamping.
