The TX Series is Han’s Laser’s heavy-duty fiber laser tube cutting platform — engineered for large-diameter round and square tubes, heavy profiles, and structural sections up to 660mm diameter and 2,500kg. Side-mounted bed structure, follower-assisted support, true zero-scrap cutting, and optional ±45° bevel capability make it the benchmark for structural steel, shipbuilding, and heavy fabrication.

The TX Series laser tube cutting machine is ideal for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy pipes (square, round, and oval). It offers professional, high-speed, high-precision, and cost-effective performance, making it the top choice for the metal pipe processing industry.
The cutting head can cross the center chuck and cut in the other direction, realizing really zero scrap. Full-process integrated chuck — the center chuck and the unloading chuck are integrated chucks, switching between large and small tubes without jaws change.
Strong rigidity, stable and reliable structure, supports loading, cutting and unloading of 12m tube, that can keep the precision of the machine tool for a long time, and adopts precision rack and pinion, roller linear guideway to ensure the precision of transmission effectively.
Equipped with centering function, the support device always follows the pipe material. Rotate and float up and down to ensure effective support and prevent pipe sagging.
Semi-automatic structure of loading and unloading as standard configuration, simple and convenient loading with high efficiency. 4 sets of floating unloading pallets for auxiliary support to improved processing accuracy.

Heavy tube and profiles processing machine with true “0” end scrap, thanks to the heavy-duty tube loading technology it offers 1,500kg load capacity. Han’s bus control system, fast response and high efficiency.
It can discharge material in any area within the travel range, avoiding manual operation area. Four chucks commutative cutting, multiple clamping methods — easy with “0” scraps.
The groove cutting head with fully independent intellectual property rights has superior performance, and timely after-sales and maintenance are guaranteed. Groove cutting, seamless splicing, suitable for subsequent welding requirements of steel structures and large pipes.

Process Overview
Tube is loaded via the semi-automatic loading system. The floating unloading pallets provide auxiliary support for precise positioning of heavy-weight tubes.
The integrated chuck system clamps the tube and the follower-assisted support engages — centering, floating, and preventing pipe sagging on long workpieces.
The cutting head processes the tube at up to 60 m/min. Zero-scrap cutting crosses the center chuck to eliminate end-piece waste entirely.
Finished parts are unloaded onto floating pallets. The semi-automatic unloading system enables rapid part removal for continuous production.
