When you buy a RollTek plate roll or angle bender, you're buying directly from RiseTek Machinery. We handle consultation, delivery, installation, training, and long-term support. One team, accountable from quote to production floor.

Applications

Plate rolling and angle bending solutions.

Plate rolling and metal plate bending

RollTek plate rolls form flat steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and alloy plates into cylinders, cones, and complex curved shapes. The TITAN 4L uses four hydraulic rolls to pinch, pre-bend, and roll plate in one pass. The VERTEX 3H initial-pinch series offers an economical path to precision plate rolling for lighter gauges.

Industries served

Pressure vessels, storage tanks, wind towers, shipbuilding, HVAC, structural steel, aerospace, pipe and tubing, agricultural equipment, and general metal fabrication.

Angle bending and profile rolling

RollTek ARC series angle rolls bend structural profiles — angles, channels, wide flange beams, tees, pipe, tube, flat bar, and solid rounds — into arcs, rings, spirals, and complex curves. The ARC PRO provides NC-mode repeatability; the ARC ECO handles light-duty work at a lower price point.

Choosing the right machine

Match a 4-roll TITAN to high-volume shops needing CNC automation. Choose a 3-roll VERTEX where versatility and cost matter most. For angle work, size the ARC to your heaviest profile. Not sure? Request a quote and we'll recommend the right machine.

Canadian Supply

A plate rolling machine manufacturer, not a middleman.

RollTek is Rise Tek Machinery’s own brand, supplied direct across Canada.

Buying direct from the brand owner

Most shops sourcing a plate roll in Canada are quoted through a chain of distributors, each adding margin and each pointing at the next one when a part is needed. RollTek removes that. We own the brand, so specification, supply, delivery, installation, operator training and long-term parts all run through one accountable team.

Supplied Canada-wide

Machines ship from North American warehouses with free delivery and installation anywhere in Canada, supported from our Mississauga, Ontario base. Popular models are stocked, so lead times are usually measured in weeks. Every machine carries a three-year parts warranty backed by our own service technicians.

3-roll or 4-roll?

The TITAN 4L four-roll pinches, pre-bends and rolls in one pass, holding the plate square throughout — the right choice for repeat production and heavy plate. The VERTEX 3H three-roll initial-pinch machine costs less and suits lighter gauges and varied one-off work.

Our guide to 3-roll vs 4-roll plate rolling machines works through the decision in detail, and the plate roll blank size calculator gives you the flat length before you quote a job.

Angle and profile rolling

For structural profiles, the ARC PRO adds NC-mode repeatability for production runs, while the ARC ECO covers lighter-duty work. If you are weighing a dedicated roll against existing equipment, see angle rolls vs press brake.

Industry Applications

Aerospace, energy and heavy fabrication.

Where roundness has to be right the first time.

Aerospace and aeronautical fabrication

Plate rolling and profile bending are standard processes in aerospace and aeronautical work — ducting sections, structural rings and frames, fairing skins and tank shells. What these parts have in common is that roundness and repeatability are not negotiable, and a flat end left by an under-specified machine has to be cropped or re-worked.

That is the practical reason four-roll machines are usually specified over three-roll for this work: the plate is pinched and pre-bent at both ends without being removed and re-set. Our guide to rolling a perfect cylinder covers the technique.

Pressure vessels, wind towers and shipbuilding

Heavy plate work is where four-roll pre-bending earns its cost. Pressure vessel shells, storage tanks, wind tower sections and hull plate all demand consistent pre-bend at the leading and trailing edge, since the alternative is scrapping or reworking the flat.

Public works and structural steel

Curved structural members for bridges, canopies, stadium roofs and architectural steelwork are angle-roll work rather than plate-roll work. Section bending of beam, channel and tube is what the ARC series is built for — see the angle roll tooling guide for how orientation affects what the machine can hold.

FAQ

Plate rolling questions.

Who manufactures RollTek plate rolls and angle rolls?
RollTek is Rise Tek Machinery’s own brand. We are the brand owner rather than a reseller, so specification, supply, delivery, installation, training and long-term parts support all run through one team. There is no distributor markup between the machine and your floor.
Do you supply plate rolling machines across Canada?
Yes. RollTek plate rolls and angle rolls are supplied Canada-wide from our Mississauga, Ontario base, with free delivery and installation. Popular models ship from North American warehouses, so lead times are typically weeks rather than months.
Should I buy a 3-roll or a 4-roll plate roll?
A 4-roll machine such as the TITAN 4L pinches, pre-bends and rolls in a single pass, which suits higher volume and repeat work because the plate is held square throughout. A 3-roll initial-pinch machine such as the VERTEX 3H costs less and is well suited to lighter gauges and varied one-off work, at the cost of handling the plate more between operations.
What plate thickness and diameter can you roll?
Capacity depends on the model, the material grade and the finished diameter, since rolling a tighter radius takes more force than a gentle one. Send the material, thickness, width and target diameter with a quote request and we will size the machine against your actual parts rather than a headline figure.
What profiles can a RollTek angle roll bend?
The ARC series bends structural profiles including angle, channel, wide flange beam, tee, pipe, tube, flat bar and solid round, into arcs, rings, spirals and compound curves. The ARC PRO adds NC-mode repeatability for production work; the ARC ECO covers lighter-duty requirements at a lower price point.
Are RollTek machines used for aerospace and aeronautical work?
Yes. Plate rolling and profile bending are standard processes in aerospace and aeronautical fabrication, typically for ducting sections, structural rings and frames, fairing skins and tank shells. Those parts demand consistent roundness and repeatable pre-bend, which is where 4-roll machines are usually specified over 3-roll.
Do you supply plate rolls for pressure vessels and wind towers?
Yes. Pressure vessels, storage tanks, wind towers, shipbuilding and heavy structural steel are core applications for the TITAN 4L. Heavy plate work of this kind is where four-roll pre-bending matters most, since flat ends left by an under-specified machine have to be cropped or re-worked.
What warranty and support come with a RollTek machine?
Every RollTek machine carries a three-year parts warranty, backed by our own in-house service team and a full OEM spare parts inventory with expedited shipping nationwide. Financing is available with one to seven year terms.
