Every element of the HF Expert is purpose-built for high-throughput industrial sheet metal cutting — from the hollow-bed structure to the patented gas system.
The hollow-structure machine bed is purpose-built for sustained ultra-high power operation. Unlike conventional beds, it prevents heat deformation at extreme power levels — ensuring long-term stability, precision, and productivity at 60kW and beyond.
The extruded aluminum gantry paired with Han’s 901 real-time controller and Rexroth servo motors reaches 169 m/min axis speed with max 3G acceleration. More parts, more output — in the same production window — with precision corner algorithms eliminating slowdowns.
Han’s patented Mix-M gas process is designed for lasers ≥20kW, enabling rapid cutting of 10–40mm carbon steel. It solves the three main problems of thick-plate cutting: corner slag, section roughness, and taper — while cutting cycle times significantly vs. conventional methods.
The Low N₂ pressure cutting process reduces nitrogen consumption by up to 67% versus standard pressure cutting. Faster cycle times, cleaner edges, and dramatically lower consumable costs — a major operational advantage in high-volume production environments.
The optional hydraulic lifting exchange table enables bevel cutting up to 45° and allows simultaneous dual-table pull-out — loading and unloading one table while the other is actively cutting. Zero interruption to production. Continuous uptime, maximum throughput.
All critical systems — electrical cabinet, laser source, pneumatics, lubrication, and table drive motors — are integrated directly within the main frame. The result: flexible placement, fast servicing, and a 25% smaller footprint with reduced shipping costs.
The work area is divided into independently controlled suction zones — each with dedicated airflow — so dust is efficiently cleared from every section of the cutting bed. This protects the cutting head from contamination and keeps your operators working in a clean environment.
Increased cutting area geometry allows the HF Expert to process American standard sheet sizes in inch format without offcuts or repositioning — critical for Canadian fabricators sourcing material from US suppliers. One machine, full flexibility.
The adjustable operating terminal combined with the front door and long-side sliding door design makes loading and unloading of small parts fast and ergonomic. Shorter response times for demo cuts and rapid changeovers between part programs.
