The Bridge Between Operations

With its latest model in the CNC hole drilling, marking, and cutting lines in its product line, which can only be created by a handful of manufacturers worldwide, Akyapak is on the market with the APLG-Akyapak GANTRY Hole Drilling and Oxygen/Plasma Cutting Machine.

ADOP is made to drill, cut, and mark in order to maximize efficiency while balancing adaptability and precision. The cutting unit is located on the other side of the bridge, and the drill unit is installed on the heavy-duty double linear guides on the heavy steel bridge frame. Ball screws operated by servos ensure precise horizontal axis movements for drilling and cutting devices.

Layout marking can be carried out by inserting a tool into the 10-station automatic tool changer (atc), which is offered as standard. Additionally offered as standard features are oxy and plasma cutting. Using a plasma torch is required to achieve the greatest cutting results. A highly efficient fume extraction equipment can be used to remove and filter the dust and fumes produced throughout the process. Hydraulic gripping jaws mounted on two linear guides enable precise positioning of the plates. Servo motors with a rock and pinion system power feeder trucks.
