7 Axis Three Spindle CNC Drill Lines
3 ADM ECO
Except for the addition of z axes to the x and y axes on 3 ADM, all 3ADM ECO systems are the same as 3 ADM. After single line drilling, the beam on 3 ADM ECO is driven and transported to the next drilling location. However, as with 3 ADM, beams can be drilled without driving them the whole 500 mm length of the beam.
D.O.T. (Optional)
The servo motor drives the marking unit, as well as the rotational and axial progress motions. Only the blocking clamp jaw and the blocking clamp jaw table have hydraulic motions.
It is possible to designate the field 60150 mm. Letter height is 12 mm.
There is no need to move the profile while marking. Because the marking head performs both rotational and axial progress. The hydraulic cutting adjustment determines the power of the marking head press.
Scribing Marking Unit (Optional)
ATC comes with a typical set of marking units. It revolves at 18,000 rpm under 6 bar air pressure and marks with a carbide insert on the tip. The marking depth may be changed to any desired depth, and the altered depth is assured by the marking unit’s +/- 7.5mm offset.
